about the mercamp-flondarius war.

i'm sure i speak for all of pkf when i say that i am extremely dissapointed in mercamp for their actions.from what i have observered,the war started because of a peace pact gone awry.mercamp,how would you feel if some buff ass dude approach you and say,hey dude,how bout this,you give me a blowjob or i beat the shit out of you?also,mercamp initiated attack on flondarius's home town before flapman even have time to acknowledge the war.and i bet that they did not perform all necessary procedures before initiating an attack.

I do agree with this, and I will make amendments to the rules regarding the declaration of war; I will make it so that after this war, you will only be able to declare war when both faction leaders are online.

Sounds fair.
