Like in the disclaimer, I cannot offer a 'refund' unless it is due to error on my behalf. Donations are called so because it is a gift to the server; it would be odd to give a friend a gift and ask for it back the next day do I hope you understand. However, you are free to use the spare donation credit to gift VIP to another player.
