RIFTLAND RELOADED SERVER

if there are any mods that can help me with this that would be great in telling how to do stuff such as ban/ kick people cuz this is my first server I'll try making on my own
no im not trying to get banned and no i dont know what the hell im doing but its just an attempt to keep the riftland community togther.
so far i dont have it set up but im just getting everything togther before starting the process
I had a crazy idea of hosting my own 24/7 bukkit server from my old computer. heres the plugins Im going to install so far:
-Last login : check the last time another player logged
-off-line authentication: obviously need that since its gunna be an offline (cracked) server
-vote v1.3.1 : players can vote on kicking a player, changing time of day ect.
-plot guardian: to make safe zones
- sign up: easier to make events, just make the event and a sign, then simply make eveyone tp to event spot
-super wheat : auto replants wheat that is broken and it ready to harvest
-easy time : op controls
-easy title manage: titles before name such as ]Engineer] Delton :sjiwhig
-simple restart: restarts the server
-entity manager v4.3 so i can adjust the mob spawn levels to what ever
-virtual chest: full invetory ? get a virtual chest , but pay for one -.-
-time is money: the longer you are on the server the more money you gain
-play time : checks your ingame time like /ar check <didnt know the name of the pl so i found another one>
-unlimited lava : make unlimited lava pools, just like water
-lock ip: only 1 ip from each house hold. prevents multi-accounting
-afk kick: <<
-LWC: lock your stuff /cprivate
-tree assist : hit a tree with an axe and all the tree blocks fall
-iconomy : money
-deathtpplus: DeathNotify, DeathTP, Tombstones, Tomb and more
if there are anymore plugins you guys could think of please let me know so i could add to my list
it will be a 1.3.2 server on regular minecraft (don't lie we all love 1.3 )
I will be running this on an old computer of mine so if its really laggy or the cost turns out to be too great I'll shut the server down within a month
also if enlighten would tell me everyone who donated to the server I would be happy to put them as OP's but not the 20 people luda donated for
in honour of riftland the server will be named " Riftland : Reloaded "
if normal riftland is comming back this server will be down within seconds, just tell me

Example: /lastlogin - Show your last time of login

/vote [votename] - "/vote restart" will start a vote to restart the server. /vote kick rabidcrab will start a vote to kick rabidcrab.

/signup stop <event> Stop the signup for the event
/signup start <event> Does what stop does, but dellet's the event and tps all of the players to the event spawn.
/signup join <event> Join an event
/signup info <event> Find all of the event's info like players, max palyers, cost to join etc.
/signup leave <event> leave an event
/signup setspawn <event> set an event's spawn
/signup setcost <event> <cost> set an event's join cost
/signup setmaxplayers <event> <maxplayers> set the max players for an event
/signup events list all of the current events
/signup help Ingame help menu

/gp c (|ChestName) - open the chest ChestName. If no ChestName provided, use the default chest. (by default your first chest)
/gp s (PlayerName) - send the content of your default chest to the PlayerName
/gp e ChestName - empty the selected chest.
/gp b (large OR normal) ChestName - buy a new chest with the type and the name choosen
/gp u (|ChestName) - Upgrade the default chest if no ChestName is provided and if it's a normal chest.
/gp set ChestName (default OR send) - Set the ChestName as default chest or as send/receive chest for "gifts"
/gp l - List all your chests
/gp r oldName newName - Rename the chest oldName to newName
/gp rm <chest> - DESTROY the <chest> forever !

we have plans already and you cant use regular minecraft with plugins anyways

No. Gets easily abused + we have awesome active staffmembers.

No. That's why we have Worldguard.
