He didnt know what he had in the pc so i had a look. I could only make out a Intel Processor (I think its an old one) and an ATI Graphics card (Couldnt tell the model).

If you want to customize the PC, don't buy a pre-built. It will be a waste of money and warranties are generally better on individual parts anyway.

a used car, so yes. My dad got a laptop worth 14 000-15 000 NOK and a 9-13 years old car in good conditions costs about 12 000 to 20 000 NOK, so yeah...
