Regarding Town Claims

In light of recent events, I have decided to impose a new rule for claiming outposts for towns. Mayors are prohibited from claiming outposts on other structures in the Wilderness and the claimed area must be 100% natural or built by a member of the city that the mayor is representing. These changes will start to take effect on the 24th of February.

It does, it simpleton terms you can't claim outpost territory on someone else's house.

Someone has done that or just thought out of it from the blue?
Because if I login to find my house claimed id flip...well it should be effected immediately giving people rest of today to claim my house! :*(
