Mobs Spawning in Town

I had two zombies spawn inside the town today just after the update. Is this a bug or will spawners now work in town limits too?

I believe this is a Towny bug that has arisen after updating to 1.4.7. I've notified to developer of Towny and we should see a fix in the near future. Thanks for the bug reports!
