So what's the difference between Voltz and Big Dig?

Big Dig offers a whole new set of ores. Baron is the expert but it's basically the technic pack with even more addons. The world is completely different to a normal mc map as there are tons of different dungeons everywhere with all sorts of challenges and loot. Sky cities, villager cities, off world maze dungeons, volcanoes and much more.

Also the pack features birds you can tame and fly around with. New foods, rubber trees, other trees and bees. Baron will tell you more hence he shows up again.

Basically the rules are the same as on the Voltz server but that can change if the nature of this pack is different. Admins you will be admins on this server if you wish and mods you can get some perms too if you like.

You do realize that the server modpack is supposed to be playable by the end of this month right?

That sounds pretty great. I'll have to hop on here soon and give it a try.

Due to the unstable Voltz server, many of us are left playing nothing, Most want to fill in the gap of nothingness with something so i dont see how this is 'bad'? Thats what i get from you're reply.

I think it has to do with premissions...you need to get promoted to another class :/ ...had the same problem

Are you sure you walked 10 blocks away from spawn? That specific area is protected. But, I will make sure all is working.

Did someone post the IP for the BigDig server somewhere? Had over 70 new users show up to play in the past few hours... It's never more than 10 people online, but the sheer traffic on the server has been quite remarkable. I wasn't quite prepared for this influx of new people...

Yes the server is now back online. Going to schedule some restarts so we get less downtime.

QQ the crashing is allll my fault i explore to much i am like 20k frum spawn
the server cant take me exploring and 12 other ppl doing stuff
