Should Mayors be able to break Locks?

Title says it all; it's either Mayors don't break any lock but their own, or can break any lock. The ability to break locks can help with town management without the help of an admin but can be abused. What do you guys think?

I see where you're coming from for town management,
However like you said, it could easily be abused.

If it could be made so that they can only open locks that are within there town/city then ( yes ),
This covers both the Mayor and the Member.

Mayor has control over his town/city. Ie : Stolen goods etc
Members should only join a town/city with a mayor they can trust.

However i do not believe that this is possible,
therefore my answer would be ( No )

Perhaps you give this ability to all Mods.
Mods have more to lose if they even think about abusing said given ability.

Not possible; Lockette doesn't use a database, looks like I'll trickle down the power to mods.

However it shall give the mods "something" to do :lol!:

I think the mods should take care of this, I already see mayors abusing it when they can.

Decision has been made, Mayors will not be able to break Lockette locks.

it depends really, could they only break in their town?

I agree with Enlighten...Just give it to the moderators. too many times in the past have i seen power abuse like this. Not going to name any places but one in particular was very abusive with this power and things were missing regulary

elen, you will because your an admin... atleast i would be a little worried if a mod could but you couldnt
