My single Player hardcore Journal

First time:
Made it thru first night had a good food supply and some weapons. coal but no iron.
Second night i got back to my bed late to find my house surrounded by creepers and skeletons. I attempt to run away but to no avail. I am over run by 10+ mobs and killed. World deleted.

second time: current
I have developed a good strategy. My goal is to get a mob into chase mod and dig a pit by my home/hut entrance. I sit one below and hit the mob by its knees to gain XP im currently level 6 after 5 nights of this and am building an xp farm. Last night i had 3 near death experiences but Ran and managed to hidey hole myself and kill mobs as they fell in my ditch trap. Made it back made iron armor and am ready to take on the nether once i find lava. My goal is to get netherwarts and settle there until i get enough blaze rods to make the eyes of ender necessary for the End portal which i will be looking for soon and preparing to take on the dragon. I hope to get infinity and power on my bow to make it easier to kill the dragon.

Actually, a Shadow of Israphel type thing wouldn't be that bad. You know, invite some friends to a private server to lay some traps, then play though all of it as if you don't know whats going on.
