Ban Appeal? Empty Ban Appeal?

So, I guess I'm appealing for a ban? Last night I made possibly a slightly offensive account. This was a joke of course aimed at what I remember to be a less jerk of a man named Unholy. I believe he may have jokingly banned me as I was unbanned soon after (A course of a few minutes). Upon awaking this morning and attempting to login I'm faced with another ban screen. I'm curious as to why I was banned, if it's a bug. Whatever the case, please explain it to me as I'm quite lost on what actions may have occurred.

try restarting your router incase it was an accidental IP ban

Unholy has to unban your other account for you primary account to be unbanned.
