I just realized something, what if Vince screws up on purpose so he got to start all over again and then he can reset all vip statuses and such so we have to pay for it several times Surprised

Well..that's not true. If I wanted your money so bad, I would be doing a lot more than use up bags of time developing the server. Truth is, Seif and I have been very busy lately. I'm not going into specifics but I've encountered both financial and personal issues which have hindered development.

I'll open the server but bugs will remain and I will not be there to fix them until I find more time, or I can be sure the project is financially sustainable. The staff have been shelling out of their own pockets too to keep this alive..just so you know..

I am aware of that but it's 'starting' to come to the point where it is just ridiculous and all you can do is joke about it and move on. I think we all want the server back up but come on, excuses won't help the server magically popup. We all know a solution that most of us would probably agree would be a good solution and that's giving some of the others in the staff the ability to maintain the server while you (and seif?) are gone.
And the reason why the staff have been the ones that have been forced to pay up is simply because nobody else is willing to do so because the server got a downtime off +80%.
I'm not trying to be a dick but that's just how it is, i am sorry to hear that you got personal issues and do understand that your priority isn't riftland right now. But there is a pattern showing each year... downtime and outdated servers...
And that's why more people to maintain the server would be a good idea.
