VARIOUS MODS / IDEAS - COME ADD YOUR INPUT!
Okay so this is just a place where I am going to start hemorrhaging various ideas and linking various mods that I find online. This is just an attempt to get everybody on a similar page with the creative direction of the server. It's great the way it is but if anything were to ever be changed or something new and big were to be implemented it would be cool if we could all agree on it.
First off, I know this world is still fairly new, but SHOULD something similar happen to the last one, and I feel like it's beginning to happen already, we may want to consider an overhaul of some of the main mods we are used to, just to change and refresh the gaming experience for everybody. Like I said, these are just friendly suggestions, I know that we have a ridiculous amount of compatible mods and things that all work together to make Riftland what it is, but there are a lot of crazy and interesting mods out there that might be fun and easy to implement.
My main suggestion is reconsidering the whole mcmmo/towny setup. There seems to be a lot of uncertainty about rules surrounding protections and PVP and towns and stuff so I was wondering if a different setup and a different base of general rules might make the game a bit more exciting?
I have no idea how possible it would be to implement or change over to any of these mods but I'm just going to post a few so people can take a look.

this is a possible alternative to warping between worlds

this sounds like it has a lot of potential to be cool and very similar to whatever we use for the unique special items

these just seems like they might be able to aid the whole mob limit problem and the idea of unique and rare mobs sounds pretty sweet (again, we might already be using this shit, I have no idea, I am just tossing out random stuff I have looked over)

this is just one of the many additions or alternatives to mcmmo that might be pretty interesting to try

I think the classes sound pretty interesting as well, the only thing about them is that they will probably need to be implemented either in addition to mcmmo or they will have to be split up so they still cater to donators or something.
