Suggestion

I've looked around and i've seen things that 'could' be improved so i thought i'd might aswell post it.

1. Plugins Rank: If you find people who actually know what they are doing with plugins ect. Get a leader Plugin Dev and an Assistant Plugin Dev. Doing this removes the headache of doing this yourself and you can then think of other important things or issues that are recurring and solve them no problems this would be a fantastic idea just saying so myself ;P

2. Donations: I know you said you don't want to, but hear me out as Unholy and char have already. Stick to something reasonable which i see you have with this still have the vip ranks and abilities but also have in-game. Doing this will be in the best interests of the server itself, as you are stable but also have donations coming in to repeatedly help with other luxuries or even putting it to the server itself so you have to pay a little less, save it i don't know but doing this would benefit dramatically resulting in a happy community and server. Even if you have a specific person running the donations keeping them under control.

3. Staff Positions: Doing this is kind of tricky as the playbase is very low but in future the ranks could go as below

Owner: Blah
Host: Blah Blah
Head Admin: Boo Hoo
Admin: Baa Baa
Head Moderator: Giggity
Moderator: Goo
(VIP Ranks)
(In-game Ranks)
Members

Owner: Is the person who owns the server and the WHOLE operation
Host: Person who is running the server but still follows under Owner
Head Admin: Well they are an admin which will give orders if needed (Example: Spawn needs to be done, The Mods would then do this task but with help)
Admin: We all know.
Head Moderator: Well they are the head moderator for the standard moderators however they still follow from above
VIP Ranks: We all know
In-game Ranks: As Above
Members: As Above

-- But being careful on how many staff members you have as you could throw the server out of balance with having more staff then players.

4. Advertisement: Dont be afraid to spend a little money to advertise. This is a MUST as it drives the server forward as they say in order to make money you must first spend money. I've said before i don't mind spending some money to help out and help the ease. But this has to happen soon enough as some players will not like the fact there is no one new coming on so they may leave.

I know most of these you may know but i thought i'd should post anyway.

Thanks for posting this Ryukk. All these suggestions look great and I hope that we will be able to implement them into the server in some form or another.

I am probably going to start to take a hands off role of admining in game and just focus on the back end. the issue with that is I need people to report the bugs to me on the forums. I cant go and find them myself I need everyones help. These ideas are very good, Unholy, I would need you to figure a way to collect donations since your the one paying for the server. I am hopeless moneywise

What can I do to help? Oh wait... I'm the peon Member . I have not experienced any bugs yet. The biggest issue I am curerntly having is not being able to Spawn Home. I would visit other places on the server more often if I could. I know /back is suppose to work, but it has failed me twice in the past and therfore I do not use it. As far as advertiseing... Can't help there. You guys are... *sniff* the only "people" I know... BUT ANYWAY! If I can help let me know. I'm on plenty enough anyway.
