Fishing Skill Not Leveling

I fished for a few minutes today. Caught 37 fish. Fishing skill xp points did not budge. They are stuck at 19 XP(0/1,400) just as they were when I started. Assumption is I should see some increase in Fishing xp catching 37 fish. I believe this is the only skill that I am experiencing this problem with. Others are accumulating.

i think all mcstats are frozen. archery and sword doesn't work.

axes and archery have leveled up for me lately, as well as mining, but items are still as of now not leveling. maybe that has something to do with it?

Fishing seems to be the only skill affected. Confirmed today that this issue still exists.
