Fishing Skill Shake

At skill level 150+ you will be able to hook items off of mobs, allowing an easier way to farm certain items. For example, if you're desperate for eggs you can simply use the fishing rod to obtain the item by casting your line onto a chicken.

According to light the levels for mcmmo here are scaled so using this calculation:
150/1000*125 = 18.75
Shake/AssumedMaxLevel*RiftlandMaxLevel

This means to be able to use shake here you need level 19
I have this and i can't seem to be able to use it.

Okay after looking into this, it seems as though this feature has been removed from the version of mcMMO we are using, which is the latest one at the moment. I have tested at level 200 with no results, and the maximum level is infinite by default so the equation doesn't mean much I'm afraid.

Then how is it scaled?
