Can YOU develop in Java?

I am urgently looking for a developer who is comfortable with writing and maintaining java based plugins for the server. Please PM me if you would like to have a place on the development team.

if there is a major problem and you really need help my dad my be able to help but he cant be a full time dev i can just ask him to help on sum stuff but he is a Software developer for connectwise and has mad sum small games and on line programs he is fluent in c++ java flash and most other pc languages.
but he has never workd with minecraft or playd minecraft

Lol jk but naw, the developer I have at the moment is extremely busy; she's working with a few other servers too and has a social life, unlike all of us. So what I've done is get back into Java and work on the plugin coding side for the meantime.
