Poll II on Server 2

You probably know I am currently in the process of making a second Riftland spinoff server, for Battlegroup. I was just wondering what kind of server you goes would like instead of this, or if you still want Battlegroup as the seconds server.

I kinda like the tekkit idea

That was what I was gonna put....but that can be in tekkit too

but what is the purpose of Melons growing?

Bear in mind we want to keep the majority of players on the main world. This would mean the playability of the server alone should be at medium levels.

A hunger games dedicatet server? Like every once in a while we nominate a few people from every town on the normal server and put them in the hunger games server to survive and the winning town wins something and this might be a monthly event.

we could also use it for My idea of copying GW2 WvWvW read about it in the "Endgame" topic

its a "tournamentish" idea, you dont have to interact with anyone until the event.
Also voted creative, but I also vote other and point to me and G´s concept :>

if you are making a second server it should really just be a gimmick because if you implement Elenrai's and my ideas in to Server 1 and keep a separate world 3 portal type thing within the same server, it would cater to everybody's needs. The World 3 map wouldn't have to be like it is now, it could just be a more static (not resetting every 2 months) type map that still utilizes towny protections ... incase people would rather build and be protected than play a real survival type of game.

If you are starting a new server for gimmicks like tournaments or redstoning you could technically add a whole bunch of them in to different teleport areas on the same map

There is a new tekkit server which I have just purchased which soon will be open to all riftlanders I am looking for an admin who understands and a moderator who also understands
1 question though are there any plugins which you would like installed apart from the basics? Just remember on tekkit not all bukkit plugins are compatible. And yes it is in partnership with riftland so you will keep all your donator statuses

no for tekkit/creative/hardcore.the playability is too high and half of the players might migrate over..i like the idea of the hunger games server but if possible go for BG.

i like creative mostly cuz i am a builder i just like to build but tekkit seems good too but ya alot of ppl will move over to thos servers and not stay in the reg one as lamb sed and i do wuna play the hunger games game cuz that just seems fun lol.

Is it not possible to mix tekkit with the sprout one? Then id possibly reinstall minecraft and make a oil platform ran by rednecks with a small hi-tech city on top of it!

I think the second server should be a Hunger Games arena! It could have several different arenas spanned throughout the world.
