I am going to be designing a new website for the Riftland server and I wanted to include animations that steals peoples' eyes and gives them interest in the server, however I want to make the animations support multiple browsers so I was curious to know which browsers are more used.

I recommend that you don't use flash animation because it's not the browser support that is the issue, it's the multiple adobe plugins needed plus it can really slow down a website.

Unless you're working with version 9, IE is a pain in the ass to get your design working in other browsers while keeping IE browser support. I usually just ignore IE while designing.
