Mod Suggestions
Just a few links I will toss out here, my main goal is to focus the whole idea of the Riftland server to be more based on individual survival, instead of factions and towns.

This is just an example, I have had these bookmarked for a while to test in single player, I don't know how possible any of them would be to implement, but the idea of more rare materials being available for people to trade and fight over seems like a fun idea, especially if we do shift the focus towards a more individual-focused game.

2 things Aleck, one is that our custom client is spoutcraft. This allows us to use plugins to get custom blocks. Spoutcraft and non-plugin mods do not get along well at all

Yeah, I figured there was going to be complications because of this. That is why I am offering them as simple suggestions, I am sure that any of these can be implemented as either custom items/recipes or as a similar plugin.
I just think that more rare ores and items would be a fun thing to implement if we are going to shift away from Towny type politics because it will keep the economy and trade as a strong presence in the game.
