Few More Suggestions

you sure those ideas are not from terraria ? , I'd go with 1 and 2 but three .. nah Notch made it that way and it would be better not to play with such things , considering that we are not making a game of our own and many people will just love the classic minecraft , even If we went for #3 , I'm pretty sure that there are no such plug ins or adds to do so , but I go for the deposit box or a bank account to store your money at.

about the economy reset its not a necessary thing to do atm , but it should get reset before the beta test ends

1. Really not needed atm since were only in beta.
2. Drop on death gives the risk factor. For the most part the monsters arent hostile till attacked and that removes some of the risk involved.
3. Already asked about that it would be too overpowered and entire forests would be gone in minutes.

Just my 2 cents

I'll reset the iconomy money before beta ends for sure, and about a money storage system I was thinking of exchanging iconomy money for real physical coin tokens that you can store away.
