v0.4OB Patch Changelog

Here are a list of changes brought to the Server in the latest Riftland Supremacy patch (v0.40OB):

Riftland Supremacy has now entered Open Beta stage, and the whitelist is no longer enabled

- VIP Bonuses are now available to donate for in the Marketplace
- Limited 40% off deal for Lifetime VIP+ Status, only available for the first five donations for this rank, using Voucher Code: 'OPENBETA'
- Global Portal spawn complete
- Final Maps are now being used!
- Reduced Spider damage per strike by 0.5 hearts
- Buffed Zombie damage per strike by 0.5 hearts
- Lowered Spider spawn rate
- Iron ores now give more exp for the Mining skill
- Experimental system giving individual weapons and items their own 'Experience Level', and will become more effective over usage
- Introduced Giant Slimes and Magma Cubes
- New Spells; Disarm I, Disarm II, Disarm III, Erupt I, Erupt II, Smite I, Smite II, Push I, Push II, Push III
- Quickly access the Bank in the Financial District of the Spawn (turn right) using /warp bank
- Shop Plugin introduced - See below on how to create a shop
- Testing of magic is now over, knowledge of all spells removed
- Tall Grass no longer blocks magic incantations line of sight
- Appropriate Mobs and players now bleed or emit certain effects when being attacked
- Town ranks and stat table requirements finalised
- Mage College by Seifpic now finally exists!
- Survivor's End, Vertigo, and Undead Fortress Fort Defence Maps complete
- All players are now [Member]'s by default
- Anti X-Ray measures introduced
- All groups added bar Moderator's Duty mode
- Old Creative world loaded
- Disabled all fire spread
- Added more automatic broadcast messages
- Increased cannon vertical radius limit
- Raised the gunpowder limit for cannons to eight pieces
- Added automatic [Regular] promotion
- Shields now only block when you are crouching with it equipped
- Disallowed /home command in Fort Defence and Creative Worlds

Known Issues/To do:

- Allow additional LWC Chest protections to be purchasable in the Bank
- Implement Admin shops outside of the Bank
- Need to add more NPCs
- Rentable plots in Financial District will be available in v1.00RLS
- First Mage College quest needs to be created
- Fortress Defence waves should be slightly faster
- Fortress Defence entry portals should be smoother
- Still need to add LogBlock
- Less blood!!!
- Change Diamond Ore protection to Sponge purchasable in spawn
- Increase Sponge limit for all groups by 2
- Remove references to [Sponsor]'s regenerating lives every half an hour
- Add /tpa for Sponsors
- Fix Fort Defence rewards
- Fix chest limitations
- Fix /kit iron including cooldown times for /kit stone
- Cooldown time for /home
- Cooldown time for /sethome
- Giants need to be buffed
- Ability to sell Emeralds at Bank
- Nether Portal to be found East of the Mage College
- Fix non-weapons levelling up
- Items and tools to level up and become more useful
- Make it easier to become outlaws (Criminal rating of 5 as opposed to 10)
- Outlaws will be branded with the black [Outlaw] tag and be reduced to a maximum of 1 survival life until they are innocent
- Add masks?
- Remove killers name in death message
- Moar spells

It is easier for you to go 1.4.6 -> 1.4.5
And
Recommended build is not up. Only beta ones. You will complain about bugs if we go to 1.4.6 now. (And most of plugins are 1.4.5)

Dan plugins wont break version to version most of time because they are just adding new stuff, not changing old the main reason is the bugs.

They do break because of changes in craftbukkit that cater to changes in minecraft version.

If plugins use the API they dont break
