v0.5OB Patch Changelog
Here are a list of changes brought to the Server in the latest Riftland Supremacy patch (v0.50OB):
I am aware the server is performing quite sluggishly after this update. I will see to it that this is fixed as soon as possible.
- Some Zombies now have a much larger aggro range and move significantly faster (about 3x faster)
- Reduced Zombie damage by 0.5 a heart per hit
- Increased Skeleton damage by 0.5 a heart per hit
- Different sized Backpacks can now be purchased in the Financial District and can be accessed by interacting with any Backpack block (purchasable using the command /pack)
- All Donators receive the smallest backpack upon donation, Sponsors have an 18 slot backpack by default.
- New custom item; The Hood of the Unknown, allows the player to change their nametag to [Unknown] whilst equipped. The player will not be able to build/break blocks or pick up items. See below for recipe.
- Killing Outlaws will now yield a 350GP and 1x Diamond Reward, and resets the killer's Criminal Rating to zero
- Outlaws are no longer prevented from entering the Survival world when dying, but will continue to temporarily lose any rank bonus
- Criminal Rating now decreases every 30 minutes once more
- Players can now use the command /lag to check the tick rate of the server
- Random items no longer gain levels when used as a weapon
- Tools can now have their own levels and get better at their job when levelled up
- Armour can now have their own levels and protect more damage the more they are used
- Raised Weapon/Tool/Armour max level to 30
- Mob Arena Entry/Exit method is now a lot smoother
- 'Use' is now allowed in Sponge protected areas - Doors can be interacted with and Lava/Water can be placed
- Disabled TNT placement in Creative world
- Zombies now spawn in smaller groups
- Endermen spawn rate increased, but still rare
- Reduced wolf spawn rate slightly
- Allowed firespread in Survival World (Experimental)
- Cleaned up BuyCraft webstore rank descriptions
- Removed references to [Sponsor]'s regenerating lives every half an hour
- /kit diamond added to [Sponsor]'s kits, with a 7 day cooldown
- /home cooldown for [Sponsor]'s is now 5 minutes
- Beds can now be used as an additional home
- Readjusted Towny costs
- Woodcutting, Unarmed and Axes now easier to level
- Taming is now harder to level
- Removed mcMMO fist damage buff
- New towns defaults to private, and not public
- Reduced base money drop on death to 10%
- You no longer lose money when dying in Fortress Defence
- Removed references to killer when calculating money stolen in PvP
- Adjusted automatic messages to reflect new changes

- Backpack duplication bug found...they are disabled for now.[!]
