v0.8OB Patch Changelog

Here are a list of changes brought to the Server in the latest Riftland Supremacy hotfix (v0.80OB):

Changes in green indicate small fixes applied in the days after the hotfix often between restarts.

- Protection sponges now drop!
- Outlaws are now jailed on PvP death and can be imprisoned for up to 20 minutes
- Upgraded server hardware, now super fast!
- Small lag spikes on player join have been reduced
- You now need to be a Regular or above to place lava, TNT or redstone in the Creative world
- Reduced exchange prices of ores at bank, increased prices for purchase
- Breeding is now unaffected by spawn rates
- Survival World is now restricted approximately in a 20,000 block radius
- Creative World is restricted approximately by a 2000 block radius
- Breaking spawners now yield less EXP
- Changed Anti-cheat methods to be more reliable
- Some spells are now purchasable at the Mage College
- Dragon Island portal moved to beach
- It is now always night time on Dragon Island
- Spider Eye drops reduced from 80% (Vanilla) to 15%
- String drops reduced from about 70% to 10%
- Lowered Enderdragon health by a small amount
- The Enderdragon now drops more EXP on death
- All players can now create their own parties or join existing ones using /party [name]
- Towny teleports are now registered and recognised by /back
- Netherrack mining mcmmo exp decreased slightly
- Increased hostile mob spawns in the Nether
- Backpacks no longer rollback and can be considered stable and safe to use

Known Issues/To do:

- Mage College quests to increase Rift Energy level needs to be created!
- Need to add reserved slots for next update
- DDSLoan's nuts in the mind

I might be able to pass through survival world restriction.. Need to test it ;P

Actually, I think it's delayed because of school shit. I haven't been able to make a plugin since last week D: Hopefully it's just Vince working on an awesome update that's delaying it but I'm not completely sure.

What about the Anvils not working half the time? You place the items, and it takes the XP when you retrieve the new item, but then it drops both the originals back and hold XP until you gain more.

Minecraft bug. The fix is to hold left click on the finished item until you hear the anvil sound and you're guaranteed that it works.

I've sat and held it for what feels like 5 minutes though...

You don't have to hold.. Just click once and wait.

Holding seems laggy.
